This is a commission for a trophy for a person who was apparently quite loud!
Hand made 'one off' in clay. Under glazed and fired to 1060 degrees.
The client was over the moon!

I have been asked to make all sorts - love a challenge, Try me.
If you want to commission
me to make you something special, then all you need to do is contact me with the
details, including as much information as you can. Include subject, size, and images
you have and when you want it for. I will get back to you with a time scale and an
approximate price.
If you are happy with the quote I will need a deposit of 50% of
the total price before I start work on the clay model. I will keep you informed of
the process and send an image before I fire anything. The finished piece will be
either posted to you after the balance payment is paid. Or you are welcome to collect.

Cast Iron
Wigan Bridge plaques
These bridge plaques were commissioned by Wigan Council. England.
Working from a design brief, a clay master model was made. Moulds of these were made in resin. Next sand casts were made at the foundry before being produced in cast iron. The picture on the top left shows the bare metal casts before the patination was applied. The finished plaques (right) are now mounted on Breastan Bridge and Saddle Bridge. Wigan. England.

Newark Litter Bins in Cast Iron The picture left shows the litter bins seen around Newark streets. England. Donnas produced the original clay model for the shields on the front.
